2027 Graduation Forms
- DUE January 31, 2027: Diploma Name Order (MANDATORY – coming soon!)
- DUE April 2027 : Graduation Ceremony Speaker
- DUE May 2026: Graduation Ceremony RSVP (MANDATORY – coming soon!)
ALL Students MUST complete this form, even if NOT participating in the ceremony.
OTHER IMPORTANT Info About the RSVP Form:
This form also asks you to upload pictures for the graduation slideshow and the yearbook if you’re participating. Acceptable formats include .jpeg .png or HEIF
Graduation Slideshow: Upload TWO pictures -- 1 of you as a baby or toddler and 1 of you now.
Yearbook: Upload your senior or current photo PLUS add a favorite quote or answer 3 questions to be included in the book.
GRADUATION CEREMONY PHOTOGRAPHER INFORMATION - We will have a photographyer onsite taking photos of your graduates as they walk across the stage and are celebrated. Click on the link to get the QR code for viewing and order photos of your graduate.

Summit Learning Charter is THRILLED to recognize your hard work by hosting our 4th Annual Awards/Scholarships for the Class of 2027, May 2026 at the Eagle Creek Campus!
Recognizing students who have earned Associate's Degrees, CTE Pathway Certificates, NHS Honorees, Student Graduation Speakers, LINK and Leadership Students, and other achievements. From scholarships to honors programs to Eagle Scout to amazing internships, we want to recognize all of your hard work! If you have a distinction that you do not see listed, please reach out to your Advisor.
Deadline to complete the RSVP will be announced closer to the event. RSVP is required to attend this special event.
DUE June 1, 2027: Family Memo to Graduate & Business Advertisement
Summit is creating a Graduate Yearbook for the Class of 2027! In this yearbook, Summit saves pages at the end for families to add a memo to their graduate as well as offering ad space for local businesses!
- Participation form coming soon! (Once your response is received, you will be contacted regarding payment).
- Graduate Memo:
- 50 word maximum per memo
- $5 each
- Maximum 4-notes per student
- Business Ads:
- Half-page, photo or logo and/or text
- $10 each
- A minimum of 5 business must participate (if we don't get at least 5, we will refund those that placed an Ad)
June 2026: Senior Send-off Day @ Bullwinkles!
We are excited to announce Senior Grad Day! Join us for a day of FUN at Bullwinkles! We are inviting all Pending Graduates, you are welcome to bring a friend! (Summit will pay for the student, friends pay for themselves) Deadline to complete RSVP will be announced closer to the event. RSVP is required to attend this fun celebration!
