Reimbursements

Do you qualify for reimbursement?

It is your responsibility to check if your student meets the requirements to apply for reimbursement:

  • Does your student have 90% attendance (WELP, Parent Report and a 3rd attendance contact)?
  • Did your student complete the STAR360 Assessments during the testing windows for Fall, Winter and Spring?
  • For Kindergarten and new-to-school 1st graders, is the STARCBM complete?

If you can answer YES to all of these requirements, your student qualifies to apply. Link coming soon.

Fall request: October 16th, Winter request January 29th, Spring request: April 9th. Disbursements follow month after

If you miss the deadline, Fall and Winter requests will default to next disbursement window. All Spring reimbursement requests must be in before the deadline – no exceptions.

Reminders for reimbursements: receipts must be dated during current school year, jotform receipts must be for that specific student, Parents need their own PayPal accounts, all requests are subject to approval
