Program Requirements

Attendance requirements: WELP Jotform Sunday-Wed, 2nd any student/parent contact with teacher, 3rd contact: Parent Report Jotform. Must have all 3 to make up full week of attendance. 10 days missing attendance will result in student withdrawal

Progress Monitoring: STAR360 for K-5 students in ELA and Math, taken 3 x per year. STAR CBM for Kinder and new to school 1st graders given 3 x per year. All are required assessments to qualify for reimbursements. OSAS is for 3rd + and optional.
